In order to reserve a car, we require a 50% payment via check or cash; we do not accept credit cards. The balance is due on the day of the event in cash or check.
If cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the event, we will refund the full deposit amount. If cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days prior to the event, we will refund 50 % of the deposit.
We commit to providing an exceptional experience on your special day. In order to do that, we work hard to be sure our cars are ready. Our mechanic has over 30 yearsâ€™ experience maintaining high-end domestic and import vehicles, ensuring our vehicles are in excellent shape and will perform perfectly. However, in the event a mechanical breakdown occurs beyond our control, we will attempt to provide a suitable replacement (we do have backup cars), and in the event we cannot, we will provide a full refund of all money paid. If extreme weather causes unsafe driving conditions, and we have to cancel, will provide a full refund of all money paid.
Many clients choose to have photos with our cars including a champagne toast. While we can provide the champagne and glasses for photos with the car, consumption of alcohol while driving is not allowed by law. We also request clients not consume food in the cars as the interior fabrics are delicate and very expensive.
Food and Drink
Adornments and decorations are welcomed as long as they do not damage the finish of the exterior or interior of the car. We will work with florists and event planners to ensure the end result you are looking for is achieved without damaging the car. We can supply a wide number of customizations such as Mr. and Mrs. Just Married signs and custom license plates that you can keep (custom items typically require a separate fee).
